Anti-inflammation “Cheeze”

Not a real catchy name, but a really nice dip for crackers! I just blended a handful of of nuts with turmeric, a strong anti-inflammatory spice. It has a subtle peppery flavor and a nice pop of yellow color.

What is inflammation? Your body’s biological response to harmful things. Foods can also cause inflammation, and eating anti-inflammatory foods will help reduce inflammation in the body.

Anti-inflammation Cheeze:

1 cup Cashews
1/4 cup equal mix of lime juice and water
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
salt to taste
